This Polaroid Pack features 5 vintage photos of Pope John Paul II. They are printed locally on 100lb linen paper to give it a matted look and subtle texture. NOTE: The back side is blank.
They each come with a different handwritten quote of his various papal mantras. We hope these inspire you to live your faith boldly. Below are the descriptions of each.
- “Totus Tuus” - his apostolic motto. This means “Totally Yours” in Latin and refers to total consecration to Jesus through Mary.
- “Be Not Afraid” - the first words he addressed to the public as Pope
- “Let me go to my Father’s house” - one of his last words spoken before he died on April 2nd, 2005
- “Open wide, the doors to Christ!” -spoken during his homily at the inauguration of his papacy
- “It is Jesus you seek, when you dream of happiness.” - spoken at the World Youth Day vigil in Rome in 2000.
